Is the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) ALS course accepted in the UK?

Yes – the ERC ALS is accepted in the UK , Europe and Australia – it is seen at equivalent to the Resuscitation Council UK ALS course. 

Do I get a paper manual for the ERC ALS course?

No – 4 weeks before your course date you will be given access to the pre-course learning materials including your PDF copy of the current ERC ALS manual for you to download. 

Is there a MCQ at the end of the course?
No – The ERC ALS course has a pre-course MCQ that you must complete 
and pass before attending the course. There is no post course MCQ. 
Is the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) ALS course accepted in the UK?

Yes – the ERC ALS is accepted in the UK – it is seen at equivalent to the Resuscitation Council UK ALS course. 

Is there a practical exam at the end of the course?

Yes – you are given a CAS test (cardiac arrest simulation) to manage by your instructors. To complete the course, you have to pass this. If you fail your first attempt at this you can have a further attempt later in the day. If you fail this, you must attend another course for a re-test.   

If I have booked for someone else, can they change their name on the course?

Any name changes must be made before you details are uploaded to the ERC LMS. Please notify via email (courses@resuscitation-india.com) when booking if any changes are required. 

Do you offer any discounts for bookings?

Sorry, but no discounts are available. 

Is accommodation included in the course cost?  

No – only daytime catering is included with the course cost – we do not get involved in booking any accommodation for candidates attending the course program.
